THE FRAGRANCES

Our Naturality


AEMIUM fragrances are over 99.9% natural according to the strictest standard (Cosmos) and are certified as such by one of the most demanding international Organisms: ECOCERT. All petrochemical ingredients have been banned, including all anti-oxidants, anti-uv and other colorants, suspected of being endocrine disruptors. If you want to know the detailed composition of our perfumes, we explain everything on this page.
Beware of the many perfume brands that claim to be "clean" when in fact they have only a minority of natural ingredients in their concentrate: as they put an average of 90% alcohol and water in their formula, even those that claim to be 95% natural actually have only half the concentrate of natural origin.
The rest of the concentrate is made up of synthetic ingredients: these petrochemical raw materials are used to imitate animal scents (musk, amber...) and natural scents (rose, jasmine...). They cost much less but they have nothing natural about them!




Our Vegan fragrances


AEMIUM perfumes are vegan: they are not tested on animals (by the way this is forbidden by European regulations) and do not contain any animal ingredients still used in cosmetics (honey, lanolin, carmine...). Thus the leathery note of Rouge Confidence is obtained from plant extracts. No need to worry.
As our products are already certified natural (or organic) by ECOCERT, it did not seem relevant to us to be labelled Vegan by paying another organisation. However, if you wish, we can send you the certificates for each of our ingredients on request.

Thus we only use noble and natural materials, and our concentrate costs 2 to 3 times more than traditional brands. Similarly, the organic alcohol used costs 4 times more than conventional alcohol. To keep our prices reasonable, we have reduced our marketing costs as much as possible.
We prefer to sell less but better.

Lasting and Wake of our fragrances


AEMIUM perfumes have a very good lasting.
If some brands offer natural fragrances that do not last, it is often because their fragrance concentration is low (less than 10% or even 5%). This is because natural ingredients are on average 3 times more expensive than synthetic ingredients. At AEMIUM, our concentrations are between 13 and 17% and our perfumes last as long as or longer than synthetic perfumes from major brands.

For the wake, it's a little different.
Traditional brands use "taste enhancers" to flatter your senses and increase their wake: musks, aldehydes, ambroxan. They put them everywhere... and all perfumes are eventually the same!
These tricks don't exist in the natural world: the wake will depend mainly on the base notes and will therefore vary from one fragrance to another.
Thus, Rouge Confidence and Silence des Calanques will be more opulent while Innocence In A Scent or Blooming Summer will be more discreet.




Our Certifications


All our fragrances are over 99.9% natural and contain at least 74% organic ingredients. This exceptional naturalness allows 3 of our fragrances to be Cosmos Natural* certified and the other 4 to be Cosmos Organic ** certified.

Transparency and precision in our ingredients


At AEMIUM, we like transparency and precision. Our formulas are composed exclusively of 4 natural elements, which we present to you on this page.




Our unisex range and choice of a fragrance


Out of conviction, we decided to create unisex fragrances. In the 21st century, it is no longer relevant to gendered scents, as olfaction is a matter of personal sensitivity. In the days of kings, men used to smell of roses, as some still do in the Middle East. If some of our male customers enjoy exotic powdery perfumes like Innocence In a Scent, it's because the codes have changed.
To choose, it is better to take the time to test with our discovery box.
Nevertheless, if you don't have time and if you have trouble making your choice by looking at the notes of our perfumes, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you.




How to use and applicate our fragrances


AEMIUM fragrances are 100% natural and contain no controversial products. Perfume on the skin becomes a pleasure again. To improve the diffusion, spray the fragrance where the body gives off the most heat.
Our advice: target the nape of the neck, the chest, the inside of the wrists (without rubbing them together!), behind the ears.
Avoid the hair: the alcohol in the perfume could damage it.
It is also possible to perfume clothes because they retain the odours for a very long time.
However, be careful: perfumes can be naturally coloured because of the raw materials used, so avoid spraying directly on white or light-coloured clothes. Then you should choose fabrics made of natural fibres (silk, wool, velvet, cotton, cashmere...). These natural materials will enhance your scent more than polyamide or viscose: synthetic fabrics do not diffuse scents well.




How to preserve of our fragrances


Perfume, especially when it is natural, is a product that lives and evolves. For a better conservation, it is necessary to avoid sources of light and heat if possible. Even if our dark bottle partly protects against UV rays, it is better to stay away from windows and radiators.
During the first 3 years, the perfume will continue to evolve very slightly without altering its smell or quality.

THE SHOP

Try the fragrances


So that you can try our entire range, we've put together our 7 perfumes in a discovery box. It contains seven 2mL samples so you can take the time to choose your favourite fragrance from home.
After ordering, you will receive a coupon by email for the value of the box, valid for the purchase of a 100mL perfume. Trying a perfume is not just about smelling the first scents coming out of the bottle; that would be like limiting yourself to the top notes and forgetting the rest of the olfactory pyramid that characterises each perfume. The idea is to spray the perfume on a part of your skin (the inside of your wrist, for example) and to smell it regularly throughout the day, letting the middle and base notes develop. You can also try it on blotters like in the shop, but they will only give you a partial impression of your perfume: it will develop more freely, more deeply on your skin, thanks in particular to the heat it gives off. The scent will be more lively, more personal too, as the perfume creates its own alchemy with each skin. We do not offer single samples. Choose a fragrance


The best way to choose a fragrance is to try it on your skin. That's why we've put together our 7 fragrances in our discovery box. It contains seven 2mL samples so you can discover them in your own home, in your everyday life. If you already know which fragrance families you like or which are your favourite notes, you can use the description of each fragrance in the shop to choose your perfume. We are of course at your disposal to help you choose your fragrance. Offer a fragrance


You will find on our website a product called "THE GIFT... that will please every time".
It allows you to offer one of our perfumes to a friend or family member by letting them choose their favourite fragrance.
He/she will first receive a DISCOVERY GIFT SET of 7 fragrances delivered with a presentation leaflet and a personal discount coupon. This coupon then allows her/him to order the 100mL PARFUM of her/his choice independently...
No chance of making a mistake, you will always please.
In order to offer you a unique experience, we take special care in preparing your order. Each order is individually wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in a box for protection and anonymity during shipping.

How to use the discount coupons


Following your order, you will receive a discount coupon in the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk mail box.
This coupon is worth 24€ for the discovery box, or 137€ in the case of a gift card. It must be entered in the "promotional code" box when validating the cart.
Only one coupon can be used per order: if you have several coupons, you must place several orders to benefit from them. Coupons have a limited duration. If you forget to use them in time, don't hesitate to contact us on hello@aemium.com, we will always find a solution... If you have lost your coupon, contact us on hello@aemium.com to get it back.




Your customer account


You can access your customer account at any time and you can modify and delete your data whenever you want. If you forget your password, click on "forgot password" and follow the procedure.





PAYMENTS

Types of payment


The payment of purchases on our online shop aemium.com can be made :
- by credit card from the "CB" network, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard
- via Paypal
- by bank transfer or cheque by contacting our customer service




Securing payment by bank card


Payment by credit card is first verified by the 3D secure system which guarantees the authenticity of the buyer, and is then made via the secure server of the company STRIPE.
Thus, personal and payment data are protected and do not pass through our site, which ensures a completely secure payment.




Refused payments


If your payment does not go through, simply check :
- whether your payment card is still valid
- if the information you have entered is correct (for example, make sure that the first and last name are in the same order as on your credit card).
- Also check that you have not reached your limit!
Our fraud detection system may block your card on our site if you make several purchases in a row or if the amount is too large. In this case, please contact us so that we can help you. If this is not the case but the problem persists, contact your banker and tell them that you urgently need to make a purchase from us.




Invoicing


The invoice is sent via a link in the order confirmation email: by clicking on this link, the invoice opens and you can download it. If you did not receive this email, please check your "spam" or "junk" mail box: unfortunately, some strict email systems block emails from @aemium.com.





ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Your customer account


You can access your customer account at any time and you can modify and delete your data whenever you want. If you forget your password, click on "forgot password" and follow the procedure.




Prices and delivery times


After preparation of your order, it takes two to three working days to receive your parcel in Metropolitan France, and up to 10 for international deliveries. We do not offer express delivery because we consider that making a journey in a nearly empty van or by plane over a short distance is not very responsible for the planet... Delivery is offered in France for all orders, and worldwide for orders over 100€ and for refill orders. You can find the delivery costs and times for each country here.




Confirmation email not received


After placing an order on the site, you should receive two emails:
- An order confirmation email with a link to the invoice
- A shipping confirmation email with a discount coupon
If you do not receive one or more of these emails, please check your "spam" or "junk" mail box: unfortunately, it happens that some strict email systems block @aemium.com emails. If, despite your efforts, you cannot find these messages (or if you have deleted them by mistake), do not hesitate to contact us by email at hello@aemium.com.




How to track my order


As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming dispatch with a tracking number.
Simply enter this number on the postal website (https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois) to track your order.




Parcel not received


What to do if there is a problem with the delivery of the parcel:
- If the parcel in transit is blocked or slow to arrive: please contact us, we will call the post office ourselves.
- If the parcel is indicated as having been received but you have never received it, you must first contact the post office by going to the local branch: you must make a claim on your side as we will not be able to intervene ourselves.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

How to exchange or return a product


Returns/exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt. Returns are at the buyer's expense (address here). To exchange or return a product, we advise you to contact us by email at hello@aemium.com or by phone at +33(0)768756967 so that we can guide you through the process. You can exchange a product more than once, but please feel free to email hello@aemium.com if you are unsure about your choice (exchanges are not very good for our carbon footprint). Please note that items must be returned unused, in their original unopened packaging. If the returned goods are not in a resalable condition, we may not accept your return.




The refunds


Once you have contacted us and returned the product, we advise you to keep your tracking numbers and proof of delivery. Once we have received your package, your request will be processed quickly. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed. Refunds are made to the same method of payment. If you want a refund for a purchase made with a discount coupon, then we will reactivate your coupon immediately.




How to modify or cancel my order


If you have just placed an order and want to cancel or change it, please contact us directly by phone at +33(0)768756967 or by email at hello@aemium.com so that we can guide you through the process. If it is still possible, we will change the order and/or refund you immediately.




Defective or wrong products


If you have a problem with your order, please contact us directly by phone at +33(0)768756967 or by email at hello@aemium.com. If we have made a mistake with your order, contact us and we will send you the right product. Your product is faulty or damaged? It's rare but it happens. Our products are manufactured with the utmost care by highly qualified people who are also human. They can make mistakes. A defective part can also pass through our quality control filter. In this case, no problem: contact us, send us the necessary information and we will guide you through the process.
